Welcome to the Eisenhower Middle School Technology website. Here you will find information about our tech classes as well as resources you can use any time.

This is a one semester required class for all seventh graders. Proper keyboarding technique will be emphasized and practiced throughout the duration of the class. Basic computer skills and general knowledge including computer care, operation, and ethics will be taught. Word processing, spreadsheet, database, presentation software and Internet use are the main focus.

This is a required class for all eighth graders and is a one-semester class. This class is a ‘hands on’ class exploring technology and real life. There are 18 modules which are curriculum based and student centered. Students will work cooperatively in pairs as they rotate through 10-12 of the modules in the technology lab. Each module is seven days long. Along with the module work, each student will be responsible for some vocabulary, math, science and career exercises directly related to the module they are working in. A few of the modules include Audio Broadcasting, Applied Physics, Flight and Environmental Issues.
